We take responsibility for the active management of any property initiative : setting it up, structuring, re-structuring and realising property portfolios.

This includes both commercial property – offices, semi-industrial and industrial projects and retails – as well as residential property.

This programme concerns both direct and indirect investment, such as the SIRs (formerly Sicafis – fixed public capital real estate investment trusts), property certificates and Reits. These activities concern both corporate and private portfolios.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Our skills are based on several decades of activity in property development, agency development and property administration within the Belgian division of one of the largest property organisations in the world, Colliers International.

OUR ADVICE

By the nature of the product, and, among other things, the high registration fees in Belgium, property investment does not seem very flexible and therefore, it is rarely the subject of active management.
